Couples therapy
"Love rests on two pillars: surrender and autonomy. Our need for togetherness exists alongside our need for separateness."
Esther Perel
A healthy relationship is a delicate balance between me, you, and us—between autonomy and connection, independence and intimacy. Couples therapy provides a safe and neutral space for partners to explore their challenges, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their bond.
Relationships aren’t about being right; they’re about being heard—and hearing each other with openness and compassion. In our work together, we’ll look at the unique dynamics between you, uncovering the patterns that may be creating distance or misunderstanding. The goal is to help each partner feel seen, valued, and understood.
Together, we’ll develop healthier ways of communicating, build emotional awareness, and explore how to maintain the balance in your relationship so that both of you can thrive—individually and together. This process is about creating a more fulfilling, connected partnership where both voices matter and both people feel safe, supported, and important.
Relationship Diversity
I work with an inclusive and affirming approach to relationship diversity, including open relationships, polyamory, and other non-traditional structures. I also hold a supportive and respectful stance toward all gender and sexual identities and practices. My aim is to create a therapeutic space that honours who you are and the relationships you choose to build.
