My approach

I’ve made significant changes in my own life — I’ve changed countries, switched careers, and transformed my own mindset. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to move from the thought of wanting something different to actually making it happen. The journey from where you are now to where you want to be can feel overwhelming, but I’ve walked that path myself and I understand the process deeply.

In my approach, I combine various techniques and design a personalized process that suits your unique needs, helping you reach your goals more effectively. As a psychotherapist, I have a deep understanding of the unconscious barriers and blockages that can prevent us from achieving what we truly want. These barriers are often hidden beneath the surface, but together we can uncover and work through them.

My practice integrates both emotional and somatic work, focusing on the mind-body connection to create lasting change. By addressing not just the thoughts but also the emotions and physical sensations that accompany them, I help you break free from what’s holding you back and move toward sustainable, meaningful progress.
