The first step is to book a free 20-min Google Meet call. During this time, we will discuss your challenges and explore how counselling can help you. It’s also a great opportunity for us to meet and for you to see how I work. This session is non-committal, so afterward, you can decide if you’d like to commit to coaching or longer-term counselling.

Pimlico Counselling and Psychotherapy practice is a very short walk from Pimlico station, a 10-minute walk from Vauxhall and 15-20 minutes from Victoria Station.
