Psychotherapy and Counselling
I am an integrative psychotherapist, which means I draw from different techniques and approaches to tailor the therapy to your unique needs. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, available face-to-face in London and online. The aim of our work together is to help you create lasting change, reconnect with your emotions, regain your sense of spontaneity, and find inner peace.

Counselling is usually short-term and focuses on helping you navigate specific challenges such as bereavement, illness, divorce, or periods of stress. It provides practical support to help you through a difficult time. Counsellors typically receive skills-based training to offer structured guidance and coping strategies.

Psychotherapy, on the other hand, is a deeper, longer-term process of self-exploration. It helps you understand how your early experiences, thoughts, and emotions shape your current patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. Through therapy, you can develop new perspectives and skills to create lasting change in your life. One of the greatest benefits of psychotherapy is that it not only helps you cope better in the present but also equips you with tools that become part of you—expanding your self-awareness, resilience, and potential for a more fulfilling life.

Gestalt
Gestalt psychotherapy is a process that focuses on what you’re experiencing right now, in the present moment. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours as they come up in our sessions. This helps you become more aware of patterns in your life that might be holding you back.

In our work, I’ll guide you to notice and express what’s happening to you, often using creative techniques like role-playing or visualization, working with dreams and metaphors. We will also incorporate emotions, body and movement. My role isn’t to give you advice, but to help you discover your own insights and new ways of relating to yourself and others.

Over time, this approach can lead to meaningful personal growth, improved relationships, and a more authentic way of living.


Coaching
Coaching is a collaborative process where we focus on your goals and how to achieve them. It’s a space for you to discuss your ambitions, challenges, and ideas, with my role being to support and guide you.

We’ll work together to clarify your objectives, explore strategies, and develop a plan of action. Whether you’re aiming to improve your career, personal life, or overall performance, coaching is about helping you reach your full potential, stay accountable, and make meaningful progress towards your goals.
