Anna Lewandowska-Bernat | Integrative & Somatic Psychotherapy

As an Integrative Gestalt Psychotherapist and Coach, I offer a holistic approach to mental health, blending somatic therapy techniques with deep emotional exploration. My practice supports individuals navigating anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, dissociation, and mental health disorders. I am passionate about working with neurodiverse individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, and learning differences, as well as supporting transgender, LGBTQ+, and people from diverse cultural backgrounds. My inclusive practice fosters a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can heal, grow, and achieve mental well-being.
