Done with the feeling that you're capable of more, but never quite getting there?
You are in the right place
You’ve read the books. You’ve taken the courses.
You’ve got the vision, the goals, and even the plan.
But something’s still not clicking.
You’re procrastinating, resisting, overthinking — and it’s costing you time, confidence, and momentum.
Let’s change that.
Therapeutic Mindset Coaching
"Your mindset matters. It affects everything - from the business and investment decisions you make, to the way you raise your children, to your stress levels and overall well-being."
Peter H. Diamandis
Hi, I'm Anna
— mindset coach, psychotherapist, and someone who believes transformation isn't about quick fixes, but about deep, lasting change.

I started out in power engineering, pursuing a PhD focused on improving systems and efficiency. Later, I moved into corporate AI — all of it driven by the same purpose: making things better, supporting people, creating solutions that actually work. But I kept coming back to the same question: what actually makes people change? That curiosity pulled me away from optimizing systems and into the complexity of the human mind — through psychology, coaching, and years of learning what really works.
My path has taken me across four countries — Poland, Italy, Germany, and now the UK — and each place has shaped how I see the world. I've learned that culture doesn't just influence us; it lives in our thoughts, our fears, and the stories we tell ourselves about what's possible.

Today, I work one-on-one with clients in my private practice, and I'm also proud to be part of the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs, where I help female founders build businesses rooted in clarity, confidence, and resilience — not just hustle.

When Personal Development Isn't Enough
Have you ever felt like you know exactly what you need to do, yet somehow struggle to do it?

Many of the people I work with are intelligent, ambitious, and highly self-aware. They have invested significant time and energy into their personal growth. They've read the books, listened to the podcasts, attended workshops, taken courses, and sometimes even worked with a coach or therapist before.

Yet they still find themselves:
-
Procrastinating on important goals
-
Struggling with self-doubt and overthinking
-
Holding themselves back from opportunities
-
Finding it difficult to set healthy boundaries
-
Feeling stuck despite knowing what needs to change
-
Repeating the same patterns in work, relationships, or life

The challenge is often not a lack of knowledge.

Most people already know more than enough about productivity, confidence, habits, motivation, and success. What often gets in the way are deeper patterns such as limiting beliefs, fear of failure, perfectionism, self-criticism, or unresolved emotional experiences.

This is where therapeutic mindset coaching can make a difference.

Rather than focusing solely on goals and action plans, we explore the thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and patterns that may be preventing you from moving forward. Together, we identify what is keeping you stuck and develop a mindset that supports lasting change.
Whether you want to build confidence, overcome procrastination, make important life decisions, improve performance, create healthier habits, or achieve meaningful personal and professional goals, coaching can help you develop greater self-awareness and move forward with clarity.

Because lasting change rarely comes from learning more. It comes from understanding yourself differently and creating new ways of thinking, feeling, and responding to life's challenges.
When you shift your mindset, your results shift with it.
Therapeutic Mindset Coaching
A different approach to coaching
Many coaching approaches focus on goals, habits, and performance.
Psychotherapy focuses on healing the past.

Therapeutic Mindset Coaching works in between.
We explore the patterns, fears, beliefs, and relational dynamics that shape how you show up at work, in leadership, and in decision-making—without turning the process into long-term therapy.

This is not about fixing you.
It’s about increasing awareness, choice, and capacity.
Why Working With Me Is Different?
Yes, I’m a coach. But I’m also a trained Integrative psychotherapist.

That means I don’t just help you understand your blocks — I help you change them at the root.

In our sessions, we won’t stay stuck in over-analysis or surface-level strategy. We’ll work on your emotional responses, your thought patterns, and the behavioral habits that are keeping you stuck.

We’ll go deeper than “mindset hacks.” This is real transformation, grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and practical change work.

If you’re ready for that kind of shift — I’m your person.
How does it work?
A therapeutic coaching session is not only about talking. While conversation is an important part of our work, we also explore how you experience different situations — emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Together, we look at how you feel in certain situations, how you tend to behave, and what patterns may be keeping you stuck. Through increased awareness, new choices become possible.
During sessions, I use Gestalt experimental tools to support insight through experience rather than analysis alone. I also incorporate somatic work, inviting attention to the body as a valuable source of information. This approach helps translate understanding into real, embodied change.
Does this sound interesting? Is it something you’d like to try?
The next step is to get in touch and book an initial session. The session lasts 50 minutes and can take place online or in person. The cost of the initial session is £50. From there, we will tailor the process to your individual needs.
Frequently Asked Questions

What is therapeutic mindset coaching?
Therapeutic mindset coaching combines personal development, coaching, and psychological insight. It helps you understand the thoughts, beliefs, emotional patterns, and behaviours that may be keeping you stuck, while also supporting you in creating meaningful change and moving towards your goals.
How is therapeutic mindset coaching different from traditional coaching?
Traditional coaching often focuses on goals, accountability, and action plans. Therapeutic mindset coaching also explores the deeper patterns that influence your behaviour, such as self-doubt, perfectionism, fear of failure, limiting beliefs, or unresolved experiences that may be affecting your progress.
How is therapeutic mindset coaching different from therapy?
Therapy often focuses on healing emotional difficulties, mental health concerns, past experiences, and psychological wellbeing. Therapeutic mindset coaching is more future-oriented and goal-focused while still recognising the importance of emotional and psychological factors that may be influencing your ability to move forward.
Is this coaching right for me if I have already worked with a coach or therapist?
Yes. Many of my clients have already invested in personal development through books, podcasts, courses, coaching, or therapy. They often understand themselves well intellectually but continue to experience recurring patterns that hold them back. Therapeutic mindset coaching helps bridge the gap between insight and lasting change.

What happens during a coaching session?
Each session is tailored to your needs. We may explore current challenges, thought patterns, emotions, beliefs, habits, decision-making processes, or obstacles that are getting in the way of your goals. The aim is to develop greater awareness, clarity, and practical ways forward.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and circumstances. Some people benefit from short-term coaching focused on a specific challenge, while others prefer ongoing support as they work through deeper patterns and life transitions.
What if I know what I need to do but still can't do it?
This is one of the most common reasons people seek therapeutic mindset coaching.
