Consultation Confirmation Your initial consultation is confirmed once the appointment has been booked and any required consultation fee has been paid. Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your consultation, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments can be rescheduled subject to availability. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please arrive on time for your consultation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened consultation. Missed appointments or no-shows may be charged the full consultation fee.
